PRODUCTION BUDGET GRANT

An American Musical is a contemporary, full-length musical set in a small New England diner on Election Day. Through the intersecting lives of ordinary people, the show explores fear, hope, responsibility, and belonging during a during a time of political extremism, social breakdown, and rising authoritarian threats. At its core, the musical asks one urgent question:
What does it mean to be an American?

To make this opportunity as affordable as possible, we will underwrite up to 75% of your production budget, including venue, rehearsal space, technical needs, marketing, and other standard production expenses. The only costs we would not cover are personnel costs (actors, directors, musicians, designers, stage management, crew), which should be handled according to your organization’s usual practices. The goal is simple: to remove financial barriers so the decision to produce the show can be based on artistic interest and mission alignment rather than financial risk.

If this is something your organization might consider, please take just a few minutes to explore the materials.
